In our Online store it is possible to pay electronically with iDEAL, Sofort, Bancontact and other payment providers.

PAYMENT FAILED OR REJECTED

First check whether money has been debited from your account.

Has money been debited? It can take up to an hour for us to receive payments. Have you not received an order confirmation from us after one hour? Then take Contact please contact our customer service, preferably via E-mail info@rubco.be. Do not forget to keep your transaction number at hand.

Has no money been debited? Then unfortunately your payment was not successful and you have certainly not lost any money. Then try to place the order again. Still not working? Please contact our customer service, preferably via E-mail info@rubco.be

INVOICES

As soon as payment has been received, you will receive the corresponding invoice from us by e-mail.

However, in this digital age it is possible that you do not receive the E-mail because it 'hangs'. Then take Contact please contact our customer service, preferably via E-mail info@rubco.be and do not forget to mention your order number. We will then send you the correct invoice as soon as possible.

Something is wrong with your invoice. Ranging from a typo to the wrong address and you want to change it? No problem, as long as this is reported within 30 days after the invoice was drawn up, this can still be changed. We will send you a credit invoice that will cancel your current invoice and you will receive a new adjusted invoice from us in your mailbox within three working days.
