Shipping FAQs
The delivery time is indicated with each product. In most cases we can deliver your order to your home or store within 48 hours.
This all depends on the size of your order and which delivery service we should use for this. Some services do deliver on weekends, others don't.
There are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.
For Belgium the shipping costs are as follows: € 6.95
For The Netherlands the shipping costs are as follows: € 9.95
Fortunately, it rarely or never happens, but due to unforeseen circumstances, a delivery can be delayed. That is why it is important to keep a close eye on the track & trace for the most recent information about your delivery.
We treat our products with the utmost care and always package them as well as possible. However, any damage during transport, due to an unforeseen circumstance, can never be ruled out.
If you have received a damaged product, you can fill in a return form in which you clearly describe what is occurring and what you want as a solution.
You expect an order, but it has not been delivered or has only been partially delivered? That's annoying. In this case, first check the points below.

You can contact us for any to report a complaint. We immediately take action and investigate what went wrong. We try to find a suitable solution for you as soon as possible.
All prices are in Euro € including VAT and excluding transport costs.
